Central location. Relatively easy to locate. excellent breakfast. Pleasant and helpful staff. Accommodation very clean.
My wife and I were allocated Room 8. This room is exceptionally small as indeed was the en-suite facility.

Flatscreen tv. Freshly made tasty breakfast. Friendly staff. Despite the room being small it was still very comfy.
The room was rather small, so was the bathroom (no bath) with a very weak shower unfortunately. Very noise sensitive. Could do with some refurbishing although it's charming.

The hotel was right by the sea front and great for walks. Also it wasn't very far from the town centre. There were several pubs within walking distance for the evening meal. The cooked breakfasts in the mornings were very good and the owner was so friendly and helpful.
